This is a hybrid position, combining on-the-road client visits with office-based work for planning and coordination. Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate with these teams to meet client expectations from the start of the contract.
Qualifications and Experience:
Minimum 5 years of business development or sales experience in the cleaning industry or a related facilities management field
A proven track record of winning new business and achieving sales targets is essential
Experience working with or securing public sector contracts (such as contracts for healthcare facilities, educational institutions, or government buildings) is highly desirable
Familiarity with public sector tender processes and compliance standards will be a strong advantage
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Ability to engage confidently with senior stakeholders and decision-makers, crafting compelling proposals and pitching solutions effectively
A proactive, results-driven attitude with the ability to work independently to drive sales
Tenacious and resilient in managing longer sales cycles.
