Role Description:
Our client, a leading provider of cleaning, security, and soft facilities management solutions, is looking for an Account Director to join their Team.
You will be responsible for managing the cleaning services for a property portfolio that represents one of the most prestigious and diverse real estate collections in the UK.
As Account Director, you will be responsible for service delivery, service enhancement, value, ESG and cost saving initiatives. Ideally, the Account Director will have experience in a similar role within the corporate London market, and will be skilled in meeting client needs and senior level reporting. Responsibilities:
Performance Management: Ensure contracts meet targets, resolve complaints and drive process improvements
Customer Experience: Enhance client satisfaction through proactive solutions, cost efficiency and innovative services
Commercial and Supply Chain Oversight: Manager suppliers, control costs and support compliant contract procurement
Team Leadership & Development: Recruit, train and motivate teams while fostering growth and retention
Efficiency & Compliance: Drive cost savings, track contract milestone and ensure regulatory compliance, including Health & Safety
Requirements:
Experience in a similar role within Manufacturing and Distribution
Corporate real estate experience
Skilled in negotiation, meeting client needs and senior-level reporting
Strong knowledge of budgeting, performance management and metrics
Proficient in MS Office and relevant industry software
Attention to detail
IOSH & NEBOSH desired but not essential
Excellent communication, relationship-building, organisational and leadership skills.
