Role Description:

We are delighted to be networking for a Graduate Telemarketer to join the Team of one of our clients, a trusted leader in commercial cleaning solutions, providing exceptional services to businesses across London. As Graduate Telemarketer, it will be your responsibility to build relationships and identify new business opportunities, updating the CRM accordingly. The ideal Graduate Telemarketer will have a flair for sales and communication, will be confident in their approach and will be self-motivated with a results-driven mindset. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Graduate to step into a role which will no doubt help to develop and shape them into a successful salesperson, providing them with a stepping stone into the world of Cleaning sales.

Responsibilities:

• Engage with potential clients via phone to introduce services

• Build relationships and identify new business opportunities

• Schedule appointments for the sales team

• Work with LinkedIn to make professional introductions to the business

• Manage relationships

• Manage and update CRM with prospect details

• Meet and exceed call targets and KPIs

Requirements:

• A recent graduate with a passion for sales and communication

• Confident, persuasive and resilient personality

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset

• Ability to handle objections and turn them into opportunities
