Role Description:
Bridge Recruitment are currently networking for our Client, a well-established company providing professional cleaning solutions to some of the biggest names in retail and distribution. They are looking to appoint an Account Manager to join their Team at an iconic retail site in London. As Account Manager, you will be expected to manage a large cleaning operation delivering the highest of cleaning standards. The ideal Account Manager will have extensive experience in managing a large team and have experience in client management in an accounts-based environment. This is an exciting opportunity to work in one of the most prestigious retail sites in London for a forward-thinking, passionate business.
Responsibilities:
Managing a large operation where cleaning standards must be of 5 star quality
Developing client relationships
Identify and develop areas of opportunity to grow the business
Identify, analyse and apply correct process flow for service delivery
Carrying out site cleaning audits to ensure a high level of service is being provided throughout the site, providing staff with feedback and training where necessary
Attending regular contract meetings, to review and measure the delivery against contractual KPI’s
As Account Manager you will be expected to encourage and support a continuous improvement process as an integral part of service delivery increasingly adding value to both the business and the client
Managing a team of cleaners plus a Management Team
Requirements:
Extensive experience in managing a large team
Demonstrative experience of client liaison and negotiation
HSE experience and understanding is required
Experience of growing the business through organic growth
Superior interpersonal communication skills are essential
Experience in financial forecasting, budgeting and analysis is required
Excellent leadership and motivational people management skills
Professional acumen, with excellent senior level influencing and stakeholder management skills
Ability to work openly and collaboratively at all levels to maximise overall organisational health
Excellent interpersonal, communications and presentation skills
Task focused as well as people centred
Excellent negotiation skills, based on strong commercial/financial acumen
Capable of translating strategic intent into immediate successful delivery
Proven track-record in delivering complex outsourcing projects to financial close
Clear understanding of key issues in UK outsourcing market
Strong sense of urgency and desire to succeed
