Role Description:
Bridge Recruitment are excited to announce we have been appointed the task of networking for a Senior Account Manager for our client, a commercial and specialist cleaning company in London. Providing commercial contract cleaning services for almost 50 years, our client is genuinely customer-focused and really strives to deliver precise cleaning solutions based on their clients' needs. As Senior Account Manager, your role will be integral to a smooth-running operation. You will be required to meet clients and motivate your Team of cleaning operatives ensuring the client is happy and receives the highest standard of service. The ideal Senior Account Manager will be a strong leader, and will be committed to delivering an exceptional service.
Responsibilities:
Motivate and manage the team to enable them to deliver results, whilst coaching and guiding the team to continually improve
Regularly meet (monthly or quarterly as needed) with all sub-contracted services managers, walkaround to ensure quality control and KPI’s are in line with the agreed high standards
Take ownership of client relationships and work closely with the executive teams to become trusted advisors, building strong foundations for continued company growth
Comply with all Company and Client policies and statutory regulations relating to Health and Safety, this will include your awareness of any specific hazards in your work place
Order all materials from nominated suppliers, process monthly payroll for all staff, generate and manage all aspects of finance within the agreed budgets set by the client
Attend monthly management team meetings at HQ, take the lead and update minutes. Complete monthly audit reports and present to the clients if requested and agreeing KPI’s. Submit accurate time sheet data to Payroll in time
Hire and train employees both face to face and online. Deal with any TUPE, Redundancy or Disciplinary issues
Daily walkarounds of sites to ensure standards are maintained
Monthly audits of all areas and results/actions cascaded to Supervisors and sub-contractors as required
Meetings with all staff to ensure standards are understood and met and discuss any upcoming events/requirements/training or any relevant topic

Essential:
Health & Safety knowledge
Budget control and enhanced P&L knowledge
High levels of Customer Service experience
Basic IT; Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint
Site based contract management at a senior level
Basic HR Knowledge
Desirable:
IOSH Managing Safely
Fluent in Spanish and or Portuguese
