Role Description:
Bridge Recruitment are currently networking for a Security Manager to join the Team of one of our clients, a national provider of bespoke cleaning and security solutions for the office, retail and commercial sectors to name a few. As Security Manager, you will be responsible for driving performance in terms of standards and behaviours across the team, ensuring your customers receive the highest possible service standards. The ideal Security Manager will be able to demonstrate exceptional customer service skills, maintaining excellent communication at all times.
Responsibilities:
Duty manager requirement as part of the centre management team on a rota basis
Drive performance in terms of standards and behaviours across the team
Operate as part of the team, providing customers with the required professional standards
Provide a safe environment for the general public and staff
Report any Health and Safety hazards
Be aware of risk and compliance during day to day operation
Be aware of the team’s role in the management of events and activities, understand team requirements and assist as appropriate
Maintain positive relations with retailers and assist where appropriate
Work with other teams for the benefit of the site, developing new skills where appropriate
Book on/off duty using an electronic payroll system
Maintain records in line with your duty including utilising the electronic patrol system, all check sheets, incident reports and accident reports
Ensure all employee training is recorded and up to date
Accurately report sickness and ensure absence levels are managed correctly
Lead colleague inductions covering all health and safety training and role expectations
Deliver on standards and expectations
Participation in site emergency procedures
Requirements:
Demonstrate exceptional customer service skills
Maintain communication at all times with your colleagues using site specific communication methods
Maintain and develop working relationships, with partners, managers, colleagues, business manager and head office support
Be responsible for H&S within your area of activity
Be responsible for embedding a risk aware culture at site level
Have a valid Security licence and First aid certificate
