Role Description:

We have an exciting opportunity for an Area Manager to join the Team of one of our clients, an innovative and dedicated cleaning and soft service provider. Our client is committed to delivering tailored solutions to its customers, while fostering clean, safe and sustainable environments to help towards a more environmentally friendly future. As Area Manager, you will be responsible for 40 sites between Leicester and Luton, ensuring all operatives are correctly inducted and trained to deliver a first-class service to clients. The ideal Area Manager will have previous management experience and will have sound knowledge of the cleaning sector.

Responsibilities:

• Management of 40 sites, with clients including leisure clubs, nurseries and offices

• Cleaning cover for holidays and sickness

• Evening cover for nurseries

• Cleaning audits

• Induction & training of all new operatives

• Deep cleaning

• Report directly to Regional Manager

• Support onsite cleaning teams

• Stock orders

Requirements:

• Managing: 1 year (required)

• Driving Licence (required)
