The Problem/Opportunity:
After the recently redeveloped training facility, St George’s Park in Staffordshire. The FA had a very specific requirement for an on Site FM Coordinator to act as the main point of contact for all sub-contractors and suppliers on site while also managing a small team of internal employees, ensuring seamless service delivery and compliance, measuring performance against any SLA/KPI’s. The initial recruitment process was unsuccessful and the FA failed to identify and select the most compatible and experienced candidate required to fill this prestigious position within the new operational structure. As a specialist consultancy Bridge Recruitment was identified and then contacted following a successful assignment to source a venue director for Wembley stadium. Bridge was provided with a clear candidate profile specification, job description and worked closely with the Human Resources and Facilities leadership team to effectively manage the recruitment process.
The Solution:
The Bridge Recruitment team thoroughly researched the relevant sectors to the assignment, and by utilising our extensive network of FM professionals along with utilising the latest cloud and digital strategies, we were able to identify a number of suitable high-quality candidates. Bridge recruitment conducted a thorough face-to-face and telephone candidate screening service, followed by a tailored interview process to best suit the FA’s requirements. Bridge then assisted with the final selection process by making offers to the successful candidates and providing feedback to all who interviewed, completing the cycle.
